Ellerslie branch is great. Always straight forward service. Sometimes during peak times (lunch period) there doesn't seem to be enough staff on (simple look at the break roster to accommodate peak times would easily solve that)
Not good service at all. The contact centre have a habit of putting you on hold for every single query that you have, while they spend the next 5 minutes trying to find an answer to your question. Also I think the fees are unreasonable.
