After years working in large public practice accounting firms we realised that the model set up was such a costly one we couldn't really help clients. We were finding the same feedback. Clients were never certain of the bill, didn't know who there contact person was, felt like if they called they would get charged and basically didn't feel close to their accountant.

We wanted to break the mould and create a new model. We got rid of the timesheet in favour of fixed costs. We set out the prices upfront and never charge for support. We offer late night support.

All of this is so we can create lifetime relationships with our clients!
