J. McGrath

One of Dunedin's oldest companies, J.McGraths, has operated since the 1800s. It was among Dunedin's earliest businesses to provide manufacturing and tent maintenance services. We have expanded skillfully and significantly during the past two centuries. In addition to boat covers and boat canopies, we now provide PVC and canvas goods and repair services for anything from mobile porch awnings to boat covers and canopies.

In the middle of the 1990s, we became well-known for our tents, tent repairs, and caravan awnings. John and Bill McGrath bought the company. Will, the current owner, took over the company after they retired. In addition to manufacturing specialised products, J.McGraths is now producing made-to-order unique retail items.
