Placed an order about a month ago, and then received an email saying the item was not in stock (despite their website saying it was). I waited hoping they would get it back in stock, but it never came, so I ordered a different item instead and asked for a refund for the original order. Now the new order also hasn't arrived, and I have not been refunded for the old one. I have sent around five emails in the last couple of weeks asking for a refund and for an update on my new order, but I have not received a single response. I have tried calling them, and the phone rang for 3 minutes but no one picked up.
