Our account was originally set up with IAA in December 2012. It was noted that our brochure was not in place around the Xmas break. IAA said staff away for Xmas Holidays. In January (the peak of our tourist season) we had further problems. Staff at IAA put the wrong brochure in our advertising space. We were paying to have our competition's brochure displayed. A week later the situation hadn't been rectified. The excuse from IAA was...'the boss's son is restocking the brochure racks as a holiday job and he is still learning the ropes'' etc. Time and time again there were no brochures displayed or other brochures were in front of ours. In the past 15 years of our business I have co-ordinated our advertising and managed brochure production and distribution and I have never come across a more incompetent, inefficient and talentless business as Interspace.
