the whole experience was just amazing, food, staff and wine selection could not be faulted! So wonderful to see a bunch of staff that enjoy their jobs so much it just over spills into everything they do.

Everything was incredible, food and wine matching could not be faulted and every single staff member we interacted with was so lovely. Particularly the pumpkin tart “pre dessert” dish was potentially the best thing I’ve ever tasted

Last time we had a tasting menu at Hillside they still had meat on the menu... last night’s meal was absolutely scrumptious and filling (no meat just plant based) Thank you to the amazing staff for making our experience and celebrations so special.
