      They forage for some food locally and have interesting organic wines on the menu. As it changes often depending on whats in season, the menu is quite limited - but delicious and unusual food here.

      Everything was incredible, food and wine matching could not be faulted and every single staff member we interacted with was so lovely. Particularly the pumpkin tart “pre dessert” dish was potentially the best thing I’ve ever tasted

      well balanced combination flavour profiles. I'm excited to see how some of the recipes mature in the future. I'll encourage people to support this kitchen and chef to keep exploring our local fauna and produce.
