Very rude and poor customer service. The person on the phone was very impatient and they have very bad attitude speaking to us. Would 100% not use their service again.
Courier came and collected my parcel when requested. I have not had issues with them. I have also had thing s delivered to me by Fastway - always a smile from the courier and no problems with condition of the packeage etc.
I will use Fastway again

Dreadful. Repeated mistakes as a trade me user. as a sender and receiver. if it is delivered wrongly you will have to go and retrieve your parcel. If it is sent wrongly you will be told they never picked it up.... even if you personally gave it to the driver, you are still mistaken.
Am happy with them as my items were delivered to me on time. Other people may have had issues so I could have been lucky or good service.
Same as below, courier never came to pick up my parcel like they said they would. i ended up getting a refund and taking my business back too NZPost, I blame trademe also, they suggested I use Fastway, After booking and paying, 24 hours later I am told They do not collect where I live!

Absolutely shocking service. Not sure how they can even operate. First they said they left a calling card which they didn't as I was home all day waiting for this delivery,,secondly the status is saying delivered but the comments say couldn't be delivered to the given address. This was a present for a kids party which they are going to miss out on. SHAME ON you for breaking a child's heart.i wish I had known about the poor service I would have gone to the shop to make my purchase and then use them.They obviously don't seem to care or respect their customers feelings .. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCT DELIVERED.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Huffing and puffing on the phone. A courier service who walk away from a building because they don't know how to get into a building is insane and creates more work for themselves as they will have to return the parcel....... this is 2017 - and the whole point of a courier service is to deliver something. When a delivery service can't deliver a simple parcel a door ... well then it's not really a courier service. I may as well ask a taxi driver to pick it up or pick it up myself..... nobody seems to know what's going on from customer service to driver and the whole thing has been a complete and utter disaster. I will never use them again for anything. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Horrendous.
This is the worst delivery service i have experienced. We are in 2017 and the company doesn't provide the service of the delivery guy calling you when the parcel is ready. So it has been 3 days i am cancelling things to be here to receive these parcels that never arrive.
When they try to deliver on saturday mornong, they actually just let a card. With this card you can schedule the delivery to be done on monday morning. But it won't work. Why? Symply because as nobody works on saturday, the system doesnt take your choice of redelivery into account before... monday. And when on monday morning they say your parcel will be delivered on the next cycle... they actually dont! They dont come on monday morning, neither on the afternoon, neither on tuesday morning. You have to call again for them to tell you they will deliver on tuesday afternoon. So, the customer, which chose the delivery because he has no time to go to the physical shop, has to waste another day to wait for the delivery. A service which is supposed to help the customer is actually a pain and generates more trouble than everything else. Fastway is the worst delivery provider i have ever experienced. But at least they know it as they dont have any complain service... it must have been too busy...
Anyway, if you have to buy online and thz delivery company is fastway, AVOID IT. It is easier to go in the shop and take it yourself. If you have no choice... good luck with that
They have failed delivery twice, the first time is because they could not find the entrance, and the second time is after we arranged for redelivery, and was told it would be coming we waited outside for them for 5 hours, only to find out they weren't coming because they had "run out of time". And the only reason we found out is because we were ringing them every hour, they only told us at 5pm. The customer service was rude and disrespectful.
Obviously our cousins across the ditch are having the exact same problems as us in Oz. This company is an absolute joke. I spent 20 years in logistics here in Australia supplying 6 continents on the planet. These guys have no idea how to deliver & don't care. It is obvious that their business practice is to attempt a delivery but leave a card instead, hence allowing them to speed off to the next delivery doing the exact thing time & time again. Despite repeated customer requests to organise re-delivery they simply ignore said request to force customers to pick up the parcel they have paid to have 'delivered'. Win, win for Fastway - minimum input for minimum output! I would rate this mob zero stars if I could. Stay right away from Fastway & INSIST to the company you are buying from that they DO NOT use them.
The WORST courier service I've experienced right from the collection of the item through to delivery.
Driver collected it and then left it in his van overnight adding an additional days delay.
When the item arrived in Auckland, they then handed it on to another courier company (Courier Post), despite the delivery address being in a standard metro area, and their website confirming they have a number of couriers who cover the area (Highbrook). This was due to add another day before I got my parcel.
Given it was an urgent part, I couldn't wait that long and yet Fastway 'customer services' didn't give a toss. Didn't call me back despite several promises, and then told me to track my item directly with CP.
I can accept things do go wrong, but can't accept their extremely poor customer service - they weren't interested in trying to assist me one bit.
I got far more assistance from Courier Post, despite not having a relevant CP ticket number (Fastway told me I could just use the Fastway ticket number which is rubbish).
If I'd known the trouble I was in for, I'd rather have driven to Hamilton and got it myself. Would rather use CP, or any other courier company that cares, rather than use Fastway again.
Appalling customer service. Lost parcel for over a month but the local branch wellington treat me like Im a hassle. Say they will call back but dont. I have not even been offered a refund. I strongly recommend others use a different Courier Service as Fastways do not deliver in any way.
Still waiting on a package. Will be using other companies from now on
Noone cares. Product was weant to be delivered b4 xmas, which it was and someone signed Lucky for it, meaning that noone bothered to check the id on delivery of over $200 worth massive box. And the end it turned out that the "box was send back to sender" sounds like loads of bull. Why whould they sign for it and keep telling me that someone received it. From stories from my mates, im not the first one whos parcel got missing with Fast Way #noway
Although I have used this company for years, have always had good couriers, find customer service great in general. I must point out that they have major issues with rural delivery, more to the point the stickers, you buy the stickers, I realized now (after years) that you often get charged twice for these RD stickers as they do not stick to satchels and easily come off. I advised fastway about this a year ago and still the stickers are the same quality (I now cellotape them on & get a fraction of 'missed' RD charges. makes me wonder how much I have paid over the years as I never used to check them. strongly advise checking any RD charges as there is a chance you will be charged twice,
Full of crap, They do not come for pickups, Even if you drop package to there depot they do not scan it for days. It just sucks that you can't do anything about these courier companies.
This was my last parcel with Fastway, I will not repeat the same mistake again.
fastway delivered the parcel to the wrong address. I contacted them 3 times. Three times they said they would call me back. have not heard from them.
WORST customer service, DODGY online tracking system, UNRELIABLE delivery service.
