I called the store out of courtesy to let them know one of their fabrics had a fault right through the middle and length of the roll. It was a reasonably expensive fabric ($15 p/m) that we used for my wrap on my wedding day but luckily we managed to work around the fault. I thought the store might prefer to remove the roll from the shelf and therefore provide a better experience for other customers but they came across as rude and uninterested and responded 'this happens frequently'. Unhappy with my experience.
