I am a customer over 7 years. The online service for the last years are really getting worse. I am really upset with my two orders I made in December 2014 and in January 2015.
I havent got even any confirmation for the first order and the items were posted only asfter live chat conversation. The delay was significant.
The last order is lost at all. I tried to use live chat and sent two mails, but I am awared that iems were already delivered. In fact, I have not recieved any. So nothing help me.
I am really upset with customer service and customer treatment for second time. I lost time and money.
In future I ve decided not to use this shopping any more.
