Could have been a great experience, but turned into a disaster. Granted Tony was there to pick up our Vespa scooter when it broke down one Friday evening, but from that moment on it was a very sad, extremely disappointing and expensive experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone!! What happened?? Well, some pretty major thins that could go wrong did!! Sure the drive belt was replaced, that was what was wrong with the scooter, but on the way home the scooter engine seized...that's not good, and the rear wheel was nearly falling off....that's pretty dangerous. Tony couldn't work out how the rear wheel got lose.....in his own words it wasn't possible...ummm!! What was disappointing was that he couldn't diagnose the engine seizing, and I suspect when the drive belt broke it dislodged the oil pipe...something that an expert mechanic would check. Then he told me the oil pipe was blocked...well, it wasn't when the scooter went in for the repair!! $540 bucks later, and I don't give a damm about the $$s, the scooter is now leaking oil...the drive belt sounds rough as hell, and the rear wheel has some play in it now. That is NOT what I call a "first class customer experience" as EMoto promise on their website. So, be warned, your bike may just come back with a few more issues than it went in with......how, why?? Incompetence.... probably not, just a lack of care.......customer care!! So I for one wont be going back, and sadly I wont recommend EMoto to anyone either.
