Now I would like to say that the staff were very nice to us. Everything seemed to be very professional from the start. We anticipated a very professional service, but unfortunately we were wrong.
It has taken over 6 months and I have not yet received the final package.
We had Dreamlife do our photography and videography for our wedding and were very impressed with the prices. The problem that they do not make you aware of is that you have to choose every photo, the effects you want them to have and you basically have to make all the technical decisions which is difficult for people that know nothing about photography.
The other issue we had was the quality of the shots were very basic and there was very little variety of photos taken. Our photographer could barely speak English which made if difficult. Overall for the price you get coverage of your day, but don't expect professional shots and the video work was ok, but it was disappointing to find that at the end of it all, you don't get a full video coverage of your wedding from a - z. You are really paying for a highlight video, so the videographer takes shots of moments throughout the wedding. When you receive you full video it is just that, shots of the video.
We would have liked to have the ceremony and speeches to watch in full, but sadly no.
Overall I do not recommend them! I do not believe they are even professional or qualified photographers and videographers.
The did the photos and video for our wedding. On the day they were nice to work with and the photos turned out to be beautiful. The video however was nothing special and the video the edited together for us was disappointing with bad sound quality. We went back to them with this & they fixed some of the problems, however the audio was still bad (they'd sent us all the footage they had, so we know they had good quality audio, so it was shocking that they sent us our 4min cinematic video with bad audio twice!). Third time seemed to be the charm and they finally fixed it. Then we went to get the photo album, which looked absolutely beautiful, but also had a strange mark across the cover. The problem seems to be a lack of quality control and not checking their products before showing them to the customer. They have apologized and are going to fix the album, but now it has been about 6 months since our wedding and we don't have our album or video DVD, due to errors on their end. On top of this, while the service has been friendly and very apologetic, they have not offered us any compensation for their errors and delays.
I struggle with recommending them. Their photos are amazing, but definitely wouldn't recommend for video and just be prepared to have to wait a while before you get your final printed products. The digital copies were ready roughly a month after the wedding, so there was that.
