The drapes and blinds we had custom made were good quality and well made. However, the service was not good. It took a week to get someone to measure, and she didnt bring many samples with her. It was hard to choose when we didnt know the prices either. Then the final blow was no communication for three weeks, then finally we got a call to say the drapes were 6 weeks away from being made and delivered! It should not take that long, it was just two window drops, not a whole house. I had to go and pick them up from the other side of the city too.
Ordered ready made curtains with adjustments through Curtain Studio. The staff were amazing they worked with me to make sure that I got the best deal. They were knowledgeable and able to talk me through the process and explained any technical terms to me. Really happy with the product and service that we recieved.
to start with I thought this was one of the best customer service experiences I had had, the expensive order was placed and paid for.1 week later I confirmed as asked to do via email our required lengths. was told I would have confirmation, 1 week later and 2 more emails and 2 phone calls finally got a response to say order had been placed but still no conformation email or my ordered lengths.
we were told would be about 3-4 weeks.4th week rolled around and no phone call, so I rung , lady was busy so would ring us back, no phone call back, 2 days later, I rung again, left a message and once again no call back. rung a couple or days later to be told the staff member was away and they would look into it, no call back.
so I rung again to talk to a diff staff member and again they would look into it and call me back, again no call back. 2 weeks later still no call so we ring again and they haven't even started to be made, so we have to wait another 3 weeks, , fuming by this stage, 3 weeks came and we rung store as they didn't ring, said were going to ring us but too busy, said would ring the makers and ring us back, once again have not rung us back.
this is the worst experience for a product i have ever encountered, and we have paid already, and now are being charged interest for something we haven't even received,
worst customer service, no communication, lying to us and purposely not contacting, we have caught them out when they have told us staff members not there when they were in fact there out the back on the computer.i will be ringing head office now and demanding that something is done
Not a good service. We called a few time to ask someone to visit u. We were told that someone will get back in 2 days... No one did. After calling a few more times, someone came to our place to get the measurement done and was rolls that they will send the quote in 2 days. It's been 5 now...
