Chris Butler Builders is a small family owned residential construction company.   We have over 15 years of experience in building bespoke homes, renovations and alterations.  We are trade qualified and licensed under the LBP scheme.  

Chris is a hands on builder and, along with his partner in life and business Swantje, project manages all aspects of the build. 

Clear communication and a good working relationship with our clients, a very high standard of workmanship and looking after our team and our planet, are at the core of our business ethos.

We know that building your own home can at times be a bit daunting. But with good planning, and clear effective communication, we can make it a simple and enjoyable process.
