<p>CBRE Wellington&nbsp;is a multi-disciplined valuation company located in Wellington serving all areas within the Wellington region up to Otaki on the Kapiti Coast and Masterton in the Wairapara. In early 2021 our Wellington office opened up a satellite office in Paraparaumu to better serve the growing needs of the Kapiti Coast on a daily basis. The company was established in the early 1950’s as Gellatly Robertson before merging in the late 1980’s with practices in Auckland and Christchurch to become Robertson Young Telfer (RYT). In 2000 Robertson Young Telfer merged with four other valuation practices to establish what is now TelferYoung, a national valuation advisory network incorporating offices in 23 locations around the country. Our team has established itself as a well regarded professional practice covering a wide range of property types including residential, commercial, industrial and lifestyle including rental appraisals, insurance and mortgage valuations, asset valuations, ground rental assessments, negotiations and arbitrations, expert witnesses. Our team are well experienced in their particular areas of expertise. We have nine registered valuers assisted by two graduate valuers who are all well experienced in their particular areas of expertise. The company Directors are Martin Veale, Chris Barnsley and Jerome McKeefry who collectively have in excess of 95 years experience.
