We help companies how to produce a vision statement, from this vision we assist businesses in producing a strategic business plan. From a SWOT analysis through to a detailed plan for the next 1 years to 5 years. We give business the tools and teach them how to set milestones for each of the objectives in their plan, add resources and costings to the objectives and set time line targets to achieve these milestones. On a monthly basis we check in with these businesses to keep them on track and assist them where they are struggling to complete their tasks. We help them with their organisation structure and show them techniques to attract and recruit the right talent or carry out the process for them.
We come into your business and view the business from end to end. From here we work out how to make your business operationally efficient through the principles of “Lean” and “total quality management systems”, finally setting up a regime of continuous improvement. We give businesses tools and systems to go and look at each area of their business with the view of eliminating waste, and producing a consistent quality and cost effect service or product. On a regular basis we also carry out operational efficiency and quality audits with recommendations. Once business have implemented and mastered these steps we take them through the process of obtaining an ISO 9001 accreditation if desired.
Another service we offer is to provide an overview of clients’ health and safety by running checks on their systems and records to ensure they are meeting their obligations under the H&S Act and are providing a proactive and inclusive culture to safety. From our investigations we produce recommendations and where things can be improved. We then start the process of improving their Health and Safety system and coach them with a system on how they can go about maintain and improving their company’s health and safety culture. If a business has no health and safety system at all can you get this up and running from scratch.
Sales and Marketing-Let’s face it without sales there is no business, so this is probably the most important thing to get right. Do you have a sales and marketing strategy? Is it working as effectively as it could or do you see your hard earned dollars going down the marketing drain? Whilst one could say there is no “one size fits all”, in marketing there are definitely strategies that will be more effective than others. Sales techniques are even more important as you normally just get that one opportunity to get it right with most potential customers. Recruitment and Succession planning -We guide clients on how to construct job descriptions, carry out performance appraisals, interviewing techniques and a training on staff induction guides for new staff. Teach them succession planning and techniques to make these successful.
Staff coaching is tailored to the clients’ requirements and this may be on an individual basis or in groups. We teach clients tips and techniques to build a culture of engaged and motivated staff and show clients how they can measure their level of employee engagement.
