Booked my car in day before. Next morning take it in - no record on the computer. Manager has trouble spelling my name even though I had handed him a business card. I wasn't confident that he knew what I needed. Do you know what your are doing? "Yes, of course - I am the manager!" "No, I mean with my car. I wanted to have the suspension checked when the car is up there, and it needs a wheel alignment as well".
Go to pick up the car and I've been charged for the wheel alignment but it hasn't been done because their machine broke down. Refuse to pay for wheel alignment. Get told it will cost me more when I bring it back. I won't be going there again.
I went here yesterday to get a puncture repair at 430 and got told to leave it there till the morning because they were closing in half an hour. Really! That's pretty crap. They even turned away a man who came in with two space savers on the front of his Peugeot asking for brand new tires because they were closing soon. I was shocked. There was 3-4 staff members there just chilling out behind the desk. You need new staff or change your store hours so they can get home early to do nothing with there lives. Crap service
