Body Awareness offers yoga classes from our Henderson, West Auckland studio. Our yoga classes include Pregnancy Yoga (also known as Pre Natal Yoga) and Energy Medicine Yoga. Having completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Professionals, London, Pregnancy Yoga teaching training with Triyoga in London, and Energy Medicine Yoga certification, I am highly qualified to teach the secrets of Yoga to you. It will gently align the body, increase flexibility of joints and muscles, relax, relieve stress, focus on breathing, increase body awareness and energize. It is part of a lifestyle and it is never too late to begin seeing and feeling the incredibly positive results of yoga
