I needed my Bosch dishwasher fixing B&M seemed good. $50 to find fault + another $234 to replace a main part and hose. All good. But a week went by. While I was in town I popped in to see if it was ready. The helpful girl in reception had trouble finding the details on the computer. This was because the technician who had been given the task of fixing it had gone on holiday and not put in his time sheet (nice thanks). Who knows when I would have got my dishwasher if I hadn't called in.
They weren't sure if the technician had tested it so it had to be put through a full cycle (80min). As I live 80km away I decided to wait in town for the hour and a half. When I came back the helpful receptionist who was left with this awful task of trying to remedy the situation created by the incompetent technician, had more bad news for me. While my dishwasher was going through the test cycle another incompetent technician wondered why the dishwasher was running, so instead of asking someone he used his own initiative and turned it off. The helpful receptionist had to restart it, and so now it still had an hour left of the second test cycle AHHHHHHHH #@@$$#**###%##***.
So as well as wasting one afternoon, I also got to drive 160km the next day too so wasted two afternoons. If they paid me for my time they wasted the job would have been free and then some.
I got no real apology. A 10 or 20% discount would have demonstrated to some extent that they even cared about and or valued me as a customer.
Very very unhappy with the level of service I received. :o(
