About Blue's BBQ
Historically, the low, slow and smokey style of US BBQ cooking was born out of necessity, as people sought ways to make tougher cuts of meat delicious. In doing so, they created a style of cooking that evokes passionate geographical rivalries and inspires backyard beginners and pit master professionals alike.
We never sauce our meats, leaving that choice to our guests, which means the quality and flavour of the meat must always be good enough to stand alone.
BBQ brings people together to have fun and enjoy great food in a laid back environment. Our rustic dining room, open fireplace and friendly staff help us to capture that BBQ spirit here at Blue's ... we hope you come on in and find out for yourself.
