This system stores data relating to all the technical interventions carried out on each individual machine, making it fast and easy for service technicians to know what each customer may need. Our service team strives to return all incoming calls within 60 minutes. Approximately 90% of all service calls are returned within one hour.
Intermac Australia have engineers strategically located throughout Australia. They provide support on commissioning, operator training and maintenance.
Teleservice is a modem on-line application for technical support available on many machines supplied by Intermac Australia. An Intermac technician connects to a customer's machine via modem and has immediate direct access to all the data of the Numerical Control, making real time machine interventions possible, thereby increasing service efficiency and reducing machine downtime.
