Peter has left us scrambling to find another piano mover in addition to the normal stresses of shifting house. After numerous attempts to reach Peter (three messages left on the business phone and at least three messages on his mobile), we finally got in touch and scheduled a day to move the piano. When we later tried to confirm a specific time and sort the details of the move, we were again unable to reach him on either phone number. The arranged day came and went without any contact from Peter. This is unacceptable business practice and suggests a lack of concern for good customer service.
We are extremely disheartened and disappointed as our previous encounter with him two years ago, when he initially moved the piano into our house, was acceptable.
Overall not impressed with Peter's attitude or service. We had our piano refurbished and tuned by Peter which was to be followed up with another tuning once returned. We have unsuccessfully attempted to have Peter revisit for the follow up tuning that we've already paid for. After several promises from Peter and no shows, we've had to pay for another tuner to follow up. The story continues with the new piano tuner discovering a string missing and an overall poor job done.
