Has all pet needs, pets well cared for. Very pricey though. Since they changed their loyalty benefit system i will not be shopping there anymore. Staff are helpful.

Got my two love birds here and sold their offspring here is well. The staff are wonderful and very helpful, they are also good in giving suggestions of what's the best products for your animals.

Fantastic store with helpful knowledgable staff - they carry a wide range of products and quality brands - always our first stop for our rabbit supplies.

Alot smaller than other stores. Parking is a pain. But still have all the essentials you will need for common pets :)

Get all items for my goldfish here, nice selection of products and animal bits and peices. Just hardly any animals in the actual store except for fish.

I love that I can bring my dogs to this shop and the kids as well. It's an easy-going place to visit with friendly staff and lots of different animals to look at. They have good specials too.

We often come here as an outing wjth our 2 year old daughter. She loves seeing all of the animals. The staff are very friendly ans accommodating.

This is definitely the best local petshop. It has a great range of animals including fish, birds, cats, dogs, rabbits, mice etc as well as lots of other products. Would be good for them to put the latches for the bird cages up higher though so that i'm not at risk of my toddler freeing the birds.

The staff are always lovely and know what they're talking about. The puppies and kittens they have in are always so cute! Great little shop

A lovely store to visit. Staff are friendly and and don't mind if you have just come in with your kids to visit the animals. My son just loves the fish, bearded dragon and of course the puppies ☺️ A great range of pet supplies & helpful staff (when asked).

Staff are really helpful and willing to show you different products available. Really needs a wash station tho.

While its not the easiest store to get across to the staff here are great. We wanted to get something to help with our dogs shedding and the staff member was happy to show us three or four diff options. excellent!

Animates is probably one of the best and most reliable pet stores around. They have a great range, reasonable prices and great staff

They never seem to have what i want when i go in... staff r helpful though
