Don't know what the fuss was all about. I have used them every time. Very Convenient, Cost effective and Wait at the airport is reasonable. Never have I seen them say...sorry can't accommodate you....but there is a shuttle right after shortly which I have heard other vendors do. Giving the car keys was fine. Car returned in the was i dropped it off. Recent experience in 12-19 July 2016. While returning, there were quite a few flights and a rush of passengers. while I was accommodated on the Airport pickup Van and lots of luggage, I overlooked a free bag and 3 black label bottles that I received with them from Duty Free which I left in the Van by mistake. In the early hours of the morning I took the rest of my luggage and rushed back home to Hamilton. When I settled down I realised that I missed a bag. I called them up immediately saying that I left my luggage there. They understood the exact situation of when and where my luggage was left, took my name and phone number and said that they would give me a call if they found it....having little hope I said...thank you. Shortly after I received a call to further identify what kind of baggage it was colour, make model, whether it has a lock on it. I was asked if there was any other baggage left for which I confirmed no. Since they confirmed that there was only one piece of baggage found, I gave them permission to open the baggage and confirmed the contents of the baggage. They were happy for me to come and pick it up (despite their agreement of indemnification), by showing my drivers license, the vehicle that I dropped off and the receipt for the bottles from Duty Free. A total value of $200 minimum. I thanked them and offered to pay for their lunch in their effort to find and retain my luggage, the politely refused the offer and said that they would be happy to see me as a returning customer. Not a lot of people remember the good ones, but always remember and take the time to comment about their bad experiences. I guess this one is an exception. Thanks again, Cheers.
I have used this company several times, each time was as good as the first. I have never had any problems with this company. Leaving my car with this companies hand is worth my money. Never have I ever found any scratches or missing fuel in my car. I would give them a 5 star rating.
Great price, but crappy service. Left us waiting in the cold after our flight for 20 minutes, and drove really irresponsibly. Driver was super grumpy too. Also realised later that they overcharged us by one day! :(
These people are a bunch of crooks and have already been on Fair Go, 1 news and in the NZ Herald for their unbelievable acts.

My parents and I arrived with two cars and explained that my parents Toyota Land cruiser would be picked up by themselves on one date and myself and my partner would collect our Lexus IS350 3 days later. They confirmed they understood this and charged us accordingly.
When my parents went to pick up their car they were told they would require written confirmation from my partner that they could release the land cruiser - it was explained to them over and over again that the car belonged to the people standing in front of them and my partner did not have any connection to their car other than arriving at the same time. They then forced my parents and my ill Grandmother to stand outside in the car park while it was cold and windy for 2 hours until we finally managed to get an email through to them confirming they could release my parents car. My partner and I were at Cardrona ski mountain that day so had very little means of arranging the email. My parents offered to show them the registration documents which were in the car and would prove that the car belonged to themselves - they said they would not do that. They were rude, obnoxious and had no remorse what so ever - they seemed to be enjoying the frustration we were having with them.
We cannot understand why all of this was necessary as when my partner and I arrived to collect our car 3 days later all they asked for was the rego number and then handed over the key.
Further to this we hold evidence that our vehicle was driven 4km during the 8 days it was supposedly parked at the ParkNFly as well as dash cam videos with sound which you can hear the engine being worked excessively - this G sensor camera is a pre collision camera and will only automatically turn on upon excessive breaking or acceleration. This proves our car was taken for a JOY RIDE.
We also now have two very noticeable scratches on our bonnet which were not there before - we know this as it is an extremely tidy and new car which we purchased very recently.
Please DO NOT use these people, they are an excuse for a business and should not be given your hard earned money.
DONT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE ! Picked my car up today, it was only parked there for 2days and on my return there is a crack the size of my forearm down the windscreen !! I approached the staff as soon as we arrived at our car and the staff member said that he would speak to manager as the crack shouldn't be there and he was very sorry...then he came back to say manger would not be back until later and try would contact me. I ended up having to call them for the manger to tell me that this happens to people all the one and it was not their problem. I was shocked so went onto say that that can't be the case, he then Saudi should go and speak to a specialist as "I can say what happened and he can say hat happened but doesn't mean it's the truth" his exact words ! I couldn't believe it!!! Terrible terrible place to leave your belongings !!!!!!!
Car battery was flattened while in their care. No worries - accidents happen. However they 'forgot' to inform me of this and when I rang to ask why my radio was locked they blankly said the battery had gone flat in their care. No apologies - pretty poor customer service.
