      today I had a massive amount of trouble getting hold of Toll parcels and ended up sending an email online.

      Despite it being about an issue with an entirely different branch, Matt and Dean from Whangarei International both contacted me separately to offer assistance.

      I found them extremely helpful, thank you guys :) Incidentally, I did finally get help from Toll Parcels and the issue has now been resolved to my satisfaction.
