Jimmy Jacks Rib Shack

Well after the last bad review I gave this place thought why not see if they have changed the answer is no pathetic service waited at the entrance 15 min and none came up to seat us although there were alot of empty tables we ended up walking out as the crowd of people waiting at the doors grew larger useless service

I have been to Jimmy Jack's on several occasions. To be honest, because the menu is so limited (and the prices a little expensive for what the food is), I only go there when family and friends have a celebration and that's where they had chosen to go. I doubt I would take guests there. In saying that, though, the atmosphere is great and the staff are friendly. There is a room set aside for pokie machines, for patrons only.

Amazing place to go to with both family and friends to have a nice filling meal for cheap. My husband and son loved the ribs and the large platter which filled them up real good. Will go here again soon, with the whole family. The nice and friendly staff made the evening even better. A highly recommended place to go to with family and friends.

This is the perfect place to go if you want food that will actually fill you up. Surely the best ribs that I have ever tasted, and probably one of the best value diners in the Whangarei area. I will definitely continue to eat here.

Some of the best tasting ribs I have ever had. Large platters are amazing value and never leave you hungry. Waiters are polite and efficient. Great dining experience.
