Jimmy Jacks Rib Shack

I came here about 3 weeks ago and it was an awesome place. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the ribs and it was finger licking good. I know where to go next time in Whangarei!

I have been to Jimmy Jack's on several occasions. To be honest, because the menu is so limited (and the prices a little expensive for what the food is), I only go there when family and friends have a celebration and that's where they had chosen to go. I doubt I would take guests there. In saying that, though, the atmosphere is great and the staff are friendly. There is a room set aside for pokie machines, for patrons only.

Food was alright but I've had better, although the atmosphere was really good for family meals and a more informal meal and the menu caters for a lot of people

The ribs and sauce are awesome. I also love your seafood chowder. Yum.

Always delish ribs.. Can't get better :D
