      as we have been travelling around up north for the last month, hubby and i had been missing out on the fitness buzz. wish we hadn't gone here. Arrogant and rude. no refund, no work out.

      Very disappointing :(. I purchased a voucher for two 1/2hr sessions for $20 in 2012, when I booked in the session Terrence (the owner?) advised me that the voucher was wrong and it was meant to be for 1 1/2hr session. The session itself was very unprofessional....as if I was taking up his precious time. I eventually opted to just use the aerobic machines available and then left. Poor setup, disgusting attitude, very poor trainer. Never again!!
