Club Auto Insurance

Terrible customer service. i asked them for a quote, after a few day i get a text massage claiming my e-mail does not work. E-mail works fine every other company had no trouble sending me a quote. Set up a new e-mail address specially for them, and apparently the new one is not working as well.
After a few weeks i get an e-mail from them (even though my e-mail is not working according to them) offering me a better price for the quote, that i havent received yet months later .......
