Since I was a student at this school last year and the year before (year 7&8), I had found this school highly inappropriate and not suitable to send children here. The principal and the teachers do not deal with bullying, often leaving the victim feeling lost and unsupported. The education was often subpar, the teachers not pushing students to strive their best or helping them out. They also do not give the intelligent students extension work, which is often boring and plain. I do hope that this school does improve in the near future, and that it will give it's students a voice. Thank you for reading this, and I hope you will take this into consideration before sending your child here.

I gave the school a 5 because of Whangaparaoa's facilities, they have great facilities but unfortunatly the school has a bad rep because of some student in it. I think it's management's fault because there are really good teachers including the sports department, Science and Maths.
