JAE Carpet Cleaning Rodney

I have used this franchise twice after they were recommended by a friend.
On both occasions I found the staff were very friendly.
Firstly Lisa who made sure that the appointment time fitted my needs and Riley , the technician who cleaned my carpet who was equally friendly and listened to my concerns about a particular section.
Would recommend.

Jaes came on a holiday weekend after we had a flood from the laundry. Tim was brilliant. Hie had the gear to suck up all the water, then put in dehumidifiers and heavy duty fans to dry the place out. He came back every 24 hours, checked the moisture levels in the floor and walls, and made sure everything was properly dry. Some carpet had to be pulled up. Once dry, it was all put back nicely and cleaned. An excellent job, and a thoroughly pleasant and professional operator. Right down to giving us a note of the power used to dry the house out so we could claim from our insurance. Really appreciated their work. Will be first I call when I need the carpets cleaned.
