Well set out store, easy to find what I need and helpful staff when approached.

Christmas items kept well stocked, and when I wasn't able to find what I was looking for one of the staff members was very helpful with pointing me in the right direction. Extra checkouts were opened too so the lines weren't too long.

I made a purchase online which said my order would be ready for me to collect in the Whanganui store within 2 to 4 days and that they would phone me when it was ready. Over a week passed and I hadn't heard anything so I went in and asked for an ETA. I was told that only half my order had arrived, and to come back Tuesday the following week and the rest would be ready. I phoned before going in on the Tuesday because I didn't want to waste my time, they told me that the whole order was ready to collect, however when I turned up only half my order was there, the same as it was the week before. I told the lady at the customer service desk that I had seen the items in their store and asked if they could just use stock from their store to complete my order. I was told no that I would have to wait. I waited a few days, then phoned the online help number, the customer service rep told me that the items I am waiting for weren't sent to the Whanganui store because they are in stock there and they are supposed to complete the order with their own stock!! What a big waste of my time, and I still don't have the products that I paid for 2 weeks ago.

I like that they stay open til 9pm, give that little bit more time after work and getting dinner to do any shopping you may need to do.

Love The Warehouse - especially around Christmas time, they have great stock and specials which makes buying for friends and family that bit easier in the silly season.
