      Got something on the click and collect and it still hasn't shown up. I will go in again today to check again but they can't seem to find where it has gone. Probably just one hitch in a mostly smooth operation just sucks it happened to me.

      The fact that they now open til 12am is great for Christmas shopping means you can get home, have tea and then head down later to get your shopping done. Wish more department store would do this as well as it is so convenient.

      A pretty well set out warehouse, everything is easy to find thanks to it being well sign-posted. Good service, plenty of checkouts open at this time of year too so not standing too long in queues.
