      I recently got a back from Kathmandu and the strap broke off it after one week, they gave me a replacement but the same thing happened a month down the track. i don't think their quality is as good as it was.

      Make sure you are part of the Summit club as you will get huge savings on their clothes - even on top of their sale prices. The puffer jackets are a great investment and well worth waiting til on sale to get at a really good price.

      The staff are all so helpful here and really know their products. The lady was able to find the product i showed her off their website right away and even showed me the different colour options. Very impressed with the service.
