My son and I recently travelled from Kapiti to Whanganui. it was a very comfortable ride, the driver was very safe and friendly and we got to our destination on time which was important because we had an appointment in whanganui well done

I booked a trip for about 4 months time and i got the seat for $1! its a special they have and apparently i was the first one to book the seat on the bus. Amazing value, and meant that because the one ticket coming back was a bit pricier it balanced it out.

Excellent support from ian at intercity he helped me get bag off bus and also rang a taxi for me.
I travelled from hawera to Wanganui today extremely help full driver with luggage and wheel chair.
Only bug bear I keep having is WiFi signal doesn't always link.
I have travelled frequently with intercity and find the journey comfortable and get to meet a lot of new people.

I normally never have an issue . I have a wheel chair. How is a wheel any different to a child's car seat or pram. Not happy with driver of bus making me feel different
