Excellent service, wonderful receptionist, helpful the lawyers are awesome at doing what you pay them to do for you.

Perhaps the best Criminal Defense Director-Lawyers in the Bay of Plenty but other services performed by lesser Solicitors and staff could be greatly improved by not using repeated excuses of work overload to the client for cancelled appointments, errors and delays. Such situations could easily be avoided with the use of technology to improve poor internal and client communication but I feel this should improve in due course. On the basis of my personal experience I'm unable to make a full recommendation at this time.
