Dr. Lorraine Smith is a highly experienced medical practitioner and a member of the NZ Society of Cosmetic Medicine - which requires post graduate study and ongoing professional development. She administers all treatments herself (most other places offering similar services only use registered nurses or assistants). This is absolutely essential for a service such as dermal filler, which carries many risks when administered by unqualified practioners unfamiliar with the anatomy of the face.

I was happy with the results of my visit to Dr. Smith and felt confident in her skill and knowledge. I found it quite difficult to make an appointment at first - emails take a long time to respond to and phone calls are not always answered. It is far easier to use the Kitomba booking tool, which is available on the website.

The clinic could benefit from providing comprehensive answer care information, which I found lacking for my treatment. It could also benefit from a contact number for any queries afterwards, as I found Dr. Smith quite difficult to get hold of when I did have questions.

Excellent! I recently met with the Doctor for a mole that I was very self conscious about, just before Christmas, and was feeling a little anxious about seeing someone with regards to having it removed.
After my initial consultation, I felt a lot more at ease with what the Doctor had suggested for our follow up appointment, and was extremely happy to go ahead with this.
The practice is discreet, and the staff there are very comforting and professional.
Needless to say, my mole removal went without a hitch, and the final result looks as though the mole never existed.
