Love timberland boots and the staff in this store are the best. Great quality long lasting shoes and always great if a repair or resoling is required.

Patient and helpful sales staff. Would recommend buying Timberlands from here as they carry half sizing for the 'iconic' range (Banks Shoes and Platypus Shoes only carry full sizing). The sales staff member was able to explain the differences in shape and sizing between the men, women, and junior ranges.

The junior range goes surprisingly high, I have average sized feet but could get my feet into the largest junior size, sadly it was a few mm too short as my toe touched the end. Luckily they stock half sizing, so I was able to find a pair that fit better than the 10 I had tried on elsewhere.

Clear, uncluttered store layout with good ambience.

Very helpful staff, happy to spend time with you to find exactly what you need. I was absolutely stoked to find that the classic yellow boots came in my size in the Juniors range, which saved me $110. They also offer LayBuy which is really great if you're a student!
