My visit to The Fabric Warehouse in August coincided with their annual sale and I ended up filling my suitcase with $300 worth of fabric, including silks and wool, to take back on the plane to Rotorua. Finding this store was the highlight of my trip to Wellington and I ended up spending two hours exploring the hundreds of fabrics that are on offer. It's an exciting shop to be in as you'll find fabrics that you won't find elsewhere. All I can say is that I was completely spoilt for choice. There are leather sofas around the store so if you're bringing someone who's not interested in shopping, they can at least sit down while you browse.

Best fabric shop EVER! They have everything and have the best prices! I grew up coming here with my grandmother and my mother, now i bring my daughters here too! If your after a specific fabric, they tend to have it!Good parking facilities, staff are awesome!

A relaxed way to buy fabric. Good selection of beautiful and quality fabrics. Can always find something exciting in the off-cuts and I like their rewards system.
