Sterling woodfire eatery and bar

I've been in New Zealand nine months and have been craving a real croissant... finally found one! (The almond croissant, worth the $5) The coffee is excellent as well!!

Very nice place with great view. It's always packed so make sure you booked ahead. The food is nice but the best is their dessert. Also when booking table make sure you ask for one outdoors with a better view. Many tourists so can be noisy when busy.

Almost flawless setting, atmosphere, service and food. Perhaps 15% could be slashed from the bill and it would be 5*'s, as the cut of steak was not Gaucho quality! But the roasts look superb.

Lovely food and decor. Always have a great time. Food and service is lovely.

Price is affordable. Beef burger was great. Table service was awesome too. It is ideal for after work catch up
