Used their great online query and information contact form around parts and repair. Timely response with all the answers I was after. Didn't proceed with repair but their service around addressing my issue was terrific.

I was referred here by Apple as I had an issue with my iPhone. The issue sorted promptly and I recieved regular text messages to update me on the status of my repair. I recieved polite and friendly service. The shop had a decent amount of parking outside. I did not have to pay or pass on any documentation as staff were able to track down the authorisation from Apple via my phone's IMEI number which was very convinent.

Have a had few macbook air fixes with this business, including battery and power pack replacements. Very good service, qualified and very knowledgeable staff, and quick contact even via email or their website contact form. Turn around time for work is pretty good depending on parts needed to be ordered in and time it takes for them to get there. Pricing not bad, and they are an authorised Apple service centre.
