Unbelievable service, i had a small problem with my chain and popped in to see if they could help. despite being flat out they made time to have a look offer some advice, lend me some tools and give me a split pin..... all without charging a cent.

Can not recommend enough.

I approached Scooterazzi to repair a flat tyre on my scooter, which was at my home. It took days for me to even get hold of them - they did not answer the phone, nor did they reply to answer phone messages I left them. When I eventually got hold of them, they agreed to come and collect my scooter that day. However, they "forgot" to come and collect my scooter several times, and only did so when I rang and left a very terse message on their answerphone.
They did end up waiving the salvage fee since they had messed me around, but they did a half-assed job with the repair.
I've since been taking my scooter to Motorad regularly for repairs - when I told the manager there about my experience at Scooterazzi, he said he wasn't surprised and had heard similar stories before.

I've been coming here for years, good location and reliable work.
