Landlady never scheduled inspections, took our bond once we decided to move out for damage done years before our stay.

Had a viewing for a flat today in Wellington and the lady that showed us around was unbelievably unprofessional. She was on her phone when she "greeted us" and stayed on it the entire time. She never introduced herself or took the time to show us around and tell us about the property. We left the viewing before she finished her phone conversation. The property has been available now for weeks and I can only assume it has been that way because no one is interested in dealing with a lax and unprofessional property manager. I don't know her name because she never actually spoke to us. If I did, I would warn her employers that she isn't worth her pay.

Ray in person is a nice person to deal with. However one of her female assistance is not, she's rude and very unreasonable.
