These guys are happy to answer questions and show you around. Super friendly and helpful, even when they couldn't find me what I needed, they referred me to someone who does. Good competitive prices.

Good customer service and quality of instruments. Repair/servicing of instruments is also up to a very high standard.

I spent an unpressured 90 minutes plus in the shop trying several guitars. the staff were great but a special shoutout to Sofia who, despite professed inexperience, provided the perfect blend of friendliness, helpful suggestions and information, and unobtrusiveness for a great retail experience. I ended up buying the right guitar at a great price and with free shipping (I live outside Wellington) which proved to be both very prompt and very secure.
