Was reasonably priced and not too bad a location, note the sharp turn if you are coming around the side street from the left (Rugby Street). Parking was a bit limited if you arrive late; we asked in the office and were able to park blocking the garage. Did have a near miss with the cleaner tossing rubbish bags over the balcony in the morning, which we bought to the attention of the owner or admin person on the desk (lost a star for that!).
