I arranged to meet one of their electricians for a quote at my house today. He didn't show. After waiting for half an hour I rang them and was told that he was tied up with a major commercial client. Had they phoned me in advance to let me know, I would have had no problem with that, but as it happened I not only wasted time, but ended up paying taxi fares to and from work. I would have been less annoyed about this had they been more apologetic on the phone.
