Neat little place, a huge menu with lots of options. Awesome for groups and for sharing plates. Very reasonable prices considering size of meals. BYO is a bonus, service is fast, attentive and friendly! Recommend!

My partner and I called in for lunch, and we had a very pleasant experience. The manager is very happy to talk, and the food was very good. We each had a seafood noodle lunch for $12 and there was a great variety of seafood from baby octopus, squid, fish and prawns in generous numbers. This was accompanied by crisp and delicious vegetables, including great Broccoli ( from someone who usually does not like this vegetable: it was full of flavour, green and crisp), and a heap of tasty noodles.Cooked and delivered to our table in about 5 minutes...

All of the dishes tasted great, in particular the crispy chicken with the wasabi honey dressing was very excellent and a unique combination of flavours. I would highly recommended dining here and will be returning shortly.

From outside, the restaurant is quite unassuming but, as with so many great eateries, inside is a different story.
The menu in the window is just a list of great value dishes awaiting your close inspection! Once inside, you are warmly greeted, no matter how busy they are and no matter what your food decision, it arrives quickly and is always superbly cooked and piping hot; something that cannot be said of some other Chinese restaurants in town.
I'm not going to itemize all the dishes they have on offer, since my favourites may well not be yours.
It is enough to say that the front of house and kitchen teams work superbly together and that's why this sometimes overlooked gem turns out great food visit after visit - it's great value too and whilst you may not be swamped by the frequently overtly Chinese decor and 'ambiance', what you get is perfect food and with no unnecessary distractions. Forget the rest and go for the best in Wellington and don't be fooled into thinking that you have to take out a bank loan for a cracking night out.

Whilst the outside is not so appealing, the inside and the food is completely different. The food tasted so good and the staff was very nice and willing to help out.
