Tough bunch. Highly priced and not out there to makes friends. They have a job to do and money to make basically. Mycar had been impounded by someone else but I didnt know at the time so I rung these guys up to see if they had the car and they were rude and wouldnt give me a straight answer even after 2 phone calls and the police had informed me. There were a couple of possessions I needed out of the vehicle and that was a drama, I never actually got them until the end of the 28 day impound. I know other companies will allow this but these guys sucked
