Fonebitz

I've always found the staff here helpful and friendly.

I popped in today because my iPhone had mysteriously stopped working, and they got it going again immediately for no charge.

In the past when I have had work done by fonebitz, they were always helpful and professional.

Do not go to fonebitz unless you want your phone to come out worse off than when you took it in. Nothing but excuse after excuse from them. Took my phone in to get the front screen replaced and when I got it back the back of it was broken and the speaker no longer worked. They admitted the back was their fault and would repair it, after waiting weeks to hear back from them I called them to see what was happening and was told the part they got for the back was a fake part and I would have to wait longer. After waiting another month or so my front screen then decided to crack again... while it was in my pocket. went in to see them and got nothing but hostility and denial that the front screen was their fault. I asked maybe the front screen they used to replace was a fake part too but they denied this even though the parts are from the same supplier. I asked who the supplier was and was told that was their business and they would not tell me who it is. Very dodgy, Horrible customer service. disgusting

In the past month I have had two broken phones and one cracked screen on an iPad. Fonebitz fixed them all quickly, making an inconvenient situation more bearable. The staff were really helpful. I would highly recommend this service.
