PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL RENOVATIONS AND EXTENSIONS. Cossie Builders Limited is a Project Management company owned and operated by James and Mandy Cosgrove that specialises in residential renovations and extensions in the Wellington region. At Cossie Builders we will manage your entire project from when you receive your building consent approval from Wellington City Council right through to you receiving your Code Compliance Certificate. We focus exclusively on your project until it is completed. This means that we do not leave your project and disappear off to another building site. We will provide you with clear and timely communication each and every step of the way. This means that you can relax knowing that everything will run smoothly and efficiently. We complete our projects by the agreed finish date and for the quoted price. We do not run over-time and we do not go over-quote. Throughout your project you need only deal with one person so there is no need for you to chase sub contractors or suppliers as James will be your key point of contact on site. You will see James working on the tools on site every day for the duration of your project. We can renovate your house while you are still living in it, saving you the cost and stress of moving your family. We will employ and manage all of the subcontractors required for your project. We thoroughly vet all of our subcontractors. We employ experienced, qualified, and professional subcontractors who are proven to produce high quality work and are reliable and honest. Most of our subcontractors have worked with us for a number of years and are price checked annually.
