      Have recently signed up with contact Energy for power and broadband. transfering from old provider to Contact took over 3 weeks. broadband has no internet often.

      Somewhat easy to contact the resolution level is quick though. Broadband with your power is much cheaper than the cheapest power and internet companies that advertise lower bills but with annual discounts, which is fine for the 1 year but not longer. This is easy, 1 bill. 2 most used utilities in our house sorted. Broadband/fibre is $65/ mth.
